Die Volaris Group www.volarisgroup.com erwirbt, stärkt und entwickelt Softwareunternehmen. Als Teil von Constellation Software Inc. suchen wir eine/n dynamische/n Group Senior Finance Manager für unsere Swiss & Austria Group, bestehend aus fünf Software-Firmen.
Ihre Rolle:Als Group Senior Finance Manager treiben Sie das Wachstum der Swiss & Austria-Group voran und meistern Herausforderungen im Finanzbereich. Sie sind eine unverzichtbare Unterstützung für unser Management-Team und setzen neue Massstäbe in der Weiterentwicklung unserer Organisation.
Ihre Hauptaufgaben: Leadership: Sie leiten das Finanzteam und stellen präzise und effiziente Finanzvorgänge sicher. Sie entwickeln und implementieren umfassende Finanzpläne. Management: Sie unterstützen bei der Entwicklung von Geschäftsplänen und Prognosen. Sie fördern die Finanzstruktur zur effektiven Skalierung bei neuen Übernahmen. Finanzen & Berichterstattung: Sie gewährleisten die Einhaltung der IFRS-Standards und unterstützen Audits. Sie überwachen relevante KPIs und setzen Korrekturmaßnahmen um. Unternehmensführung, Risiko & Recht: Sie setzen Best Practices im Finanzmanagement um und optimieren die Governance-Prozesse. Sie überwachen konzerninterne Transaktionen. M&A, Due Diligence und Integration:Sie führen finanzielle Due-Diligence-Prüfungen durch und unterstützen bei Investitionsmodellen und Kaufvereinbarungen. Sie gewährleisten die erfolgreiche finanzielle Integration nach Übernahmen. Das bringen Sie mit:
- Umfangreiche Erfahrung als Senior Finance Manager oder in einer vergleichbaren Führungsposition.
- CPA-Abschluss oder gleichwertige Qualifikation im Rechnungswesen
- Fundierte IFRS-Kenntnisse und praktische Erfahrung im Finanzmanagement
- Sie bleiben unter Druck fokussiert und halten Deadlines zuverlässig ein.
- Ihre Hands-on-Mentalität, hohe Integrität und ethische Standards zeichnen Sie aus.
- Sie überzeugen durch ausgezeichnete Kommunikations- und Analysefähigkeiten sowie eine proaktive Arbeitsweise.
- Verhandlungssichere Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
- Erfahrung in der Softwarebranche ist von Vorteil.
