You enjoy working in an agile way in networked and interdisciplinary teams with a global scope.As a working student (m/f/d) in Germany you are allowed to work up to 20 hours/week and you need to be enrolled at an university.Your tasksSupport and monitor progress as well as challenge the strategic direction of core strategic programs as enablers for the long-term development of a more resilient, innovative, digital and scalable organizationTrack progress using key performance indicators (KPIs), prepare regular updates and reports for leadership, and ensure the sustainable implementation of project resultsAnalyze and support the team to facilitate change management processes and proactively identify and address potential risks to ensure the smooth execution of projectsWork in a complex environment across different business units, country organizations and business supporting functionsDevelop executive presentations and decision papers and have an impact in the strategic development of Kardex' long-term strategic developmentYour profileEnrolled at an university in engineering or business administration, or equivalentFirst experience in strategy consulting or project-based work, experience in large transformation programs (digital, processes, data) is a plusGood mind-set and understanding in setting strategic directions for long-term initiatives and steering initiativesOutstanding analytical competence, strategic thinking and implementation skillsStrong skills in PowerPoint, Excel and Office 365Excellent communication skills on all hierarchy levels and stakeholder expectation management, while being fluent in EnglishWe offer:Long-term prospects: Opportunities to start in a fast-growing, international company with exciting development opportunities and interesting and varied tasks in a future-oriented environment Valuable support:Great team spirit, elaborate onboarding and a wide range of training opportunities in our own academy at the Bellheim site Tangible added value: Flexible working hours, weekly up to 20 hoursReady to join?
