Uniplan wurde 1960 in Köln gegründet und hat sich seither immer wieder neu erfunden. Seit 1974 agiert Uniplan auch in der Schweiz mit Sitz in Basel vorwiegend im Messebau und Eventbereich. Dieser Fokus in der Schweiz hat sich in den letzten Jahren auf eine gesamtheitliche Dienstleistung für Brand Spaces mit der Konzipierung, Gestaltung und Ausführungsplanung von Showrooms, Messeständen, Ausstellungen, Roadshows, Events und Kompetenzzentren ausgeweitet. Mit einem gut durchmischten Team aus aktuell 8 Personen aus den Bereichen Project Management & Kalkulation, Technical Project Management (Ausführungsplanung) und Kreation, bedienen wir unsere Kunden aus den Branchen Pharma & Life Science, dem Bankenwesen, Maschinenbau, Bad- und Kücheneinrichtungen, als auch dem Lifestyle- & Luxussegment. Eine starke Zusammenarbeit mit langjährigen Umsetzungspartnern aus der Region und all unseren Teams in den Uniplan Niederlassungen in Deutschland und Asien garantieren fruchtvolle Synergien für die diversen und anspruchsvollen Projekte. 

Dein Ding

In unserem kleinen Team in Basel begleitest Du die unterschiedlichsten Projekte aus dem Messe- und Eventbereich und setzt diese unter anderem auch mit Kolleginnen und Kollegen aus den anderen internationalen Uniplan-Offices um. Dabei berätst Du Marken und Kunden aus sehr unterschiedlichen Branchen sowie aus verschiedenen Ländern und Kulturen und baust das Kundenportfolio kontinuierlich weiter aus. Als Project Manager bildest Du dabei schwerpunktmäßig die Schnittstelle zwischen allen beteiligten Abteilungen und Externen sowie das Bindeglied zu Kunden. Du betreust unsere Kunden souverän bei nahezu allen aufkommenden Aufgaben und Fragen während aller Projektphasen. Neben Deadlines und Budgets gibt es einige Wünsche und kurzfristige Änderungen zu beachten, die ein hohes Maß an Organisationstalent, Kostenbewusstsein und Kundenorientierung erfordern.  

Deine Argumente
  • Abgeschlossenes betriebswirtschaftliches Studium oder eine relevante Ausbildung (zum Beispiel im Veranstaltungsbereich)
  • Berufserfahrung in einer vergleichbaren Aufgabe, vorzugsweise in einer Agentur
  • Ausgeprägte Service- und Kundenorientierung, sowie Organisationstalent, Flexibilität und Ruhe auch unter Termindruck
  • Interesse an technischen, wie auch gestalterischen Fragestellungen
  • Offene Augen und Ohren für aktuelle Trends der digitalen Welt, Tools und Technologien
  • Spaß an Akquisetätigkeiten - Du verstehst es, Kundenbeziehungen zu pflegen und auszubauen  
  • Bereitschaft zu Reisen
  • Teamplayer mit der Fähigkeit, sich schnell in Strukturen und Prozesse einzufinden
  • Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
