Our Opening and Your Responsibilities For our Laboratory Weighing (LabTec) Global Business Unit, which is the world's leading manufacturer of laboratory balances, we are looking for the Greifensee location, METTLER TOLEDO's global operational headquarters, for an enthusiastic Head Quality Management and Product Compliance, 100% (all genders) In this role, your responsibilities would include: You set medium-term goals in the sense of rolling planning, and you coordinate them with the strategic planning of Laboratory Weighing and other cross divisional stakeholdersYou derive the respective annual planning and focus points, and you ensure the management and continuous development of the teams, including personnel planning and personnel development You ensure and continuously developing comprehensive quality management: promoting preventive and corrective quality management, error culture and continuous improvement You are responsible for the Product Compliance for Laboratory Weighing as well as the Competence Center Product Compliance (CCPC). Among other things, the periodic update of the Product Compliance Road map is an essential task in terms of relevance and impact of new or changed regulatory requirements You overlook the Mgmt. System ISO 9001 & 14001 which is designed to be operated efficiently and effectively by a lean team.
