Your Tasks

Drive and support the digital transformation of global procurement processesAnalyze and optimize procurement workflows to eliminate inefficiencies and enable automation and innovation Deploy and integrate digital tools and platforms for procurement, ensuring seamless connection with existing ERP systems (S/4HANA, ARIBA)Drive the adoption of emerging technologies (e.g., AI, RPA, blockchain) to enhance efficiency and data-driven decision-makingDevelop dashboards and reporting mechanisms to track procurement performance and supplier complianceOversee change management efforts, including training and stakeholder engagement as well as collaborate with IT and external vendors to ensure system reliability, scalability, and security

With this you convince us

Degree in a technical or business-related field, and strong interest in the aircraft industryAdvanced SAP S/4HANA Sourcing & Procurement and ARIBA module expertise as well as experience with emerging technologies is desirableProven ability to analyze processes, manage projects, and deliver data-driven insightsProficiency in MS Office tools and familiarity with cross-functional processesExcellent communication abilities in business-fluent English including presenting complex topics to diverse audiences and leading teams effectivelyStrong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills with a solution-oriented mindset
