Your Tasks

Support the procurement teams with standard contract templates for different units and subsidiaries of PilatusCoordinate and establish templates with the Legal departmentDraft and conduct negotiation for all contracts in cooperation with the responsible commercial managers of the procurement teamCoordinate contractual aftermarket topics with the commercial contract manager aftermarketCreate executive summaries of the substantial contracts being negotiated, outlining commercial and legal risks and conditionsCreate reports, statistics and analysis, and communicate the results in a meaningful, clear and structured fashion to the Management of all involved Units

University degree or equivalent qualificationAt least 5 years' experience in the field of managing commercial contracts, in particular complex procurement contractsWorking knowledge of procurement and supply chain processes and proceduresProficient user of MS Office applications (in particular Word, Excel, PowerPoint)English and German on a full professional proficiency level (C1-C2)Affinity for analysis of complex cases, experience in working with performance indicators and affinity for preparing executive summariesHigh degree of interest in aviation
