Time commitment: This is a full-time role Type of contract: Fixed-term contract for 1 year (renewable) Location: London Start Date: Ideally March 2025 Join CHS Alliance as an Information Management and Stakeholder Relations Officer Are you a detail-oriented and proactive professional eager to support a dynamic team working to enhance accountability and data-driven decision-making in the humanitarian sector? This role offers an excellent opportunity to contribute to CHS Alliance’s mission by managing information systems, ensuring accurate data governance, and fostering strong relationships with members and stakeholders.The Information Management and Stakeholder Relations Officer will play a crucial role in supporting the CHS Alliance team by: Managing membership applications and records, including welcoming new members and coordinating inductionsMaintaining and analysing data within Salesforce and other CRM systems to ensure accuracy and generate actionable insightsSupporting key strategic initiatives, such as the Harmonised Reporting Scheme and the Misconduct Disclosure Scheme, by organising participant engagement, tracking, and reportingCreating clear and compelling data visualisations and reports to support internal and external stakeholdersThis role requires someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, demonstrates excellent organisational and communication skills, and is passionate about improving collective accountability and efficiency in the humanitarian sector.
