It is used by the Union Cycliste Internationale (UCI) as a training centre and features a 200m Velodrome, a BMX Racing Track, a Pumptrack and a BMX Freestyle Park. Inaugurated in 2002, it welcomes a large number of athletes from around the world who devote all their energy to their sports career. The UCI WCC trains and develops about 100 athletes a year in four Olympic disciplines (Road, Track, MTB and BMX).The UCI World Cycling Centre is recruiting an :Über den JobMission :An internship at the UCI WCC is an ideal way to gain professional experience in the sports industry. Upon starting, the intern will participate in the daily administration of the Education Department by providing support to the existing team.Key Responsabilities :Management of multiple databases related to mechanics and coachesMonitoring of the grants provided to National Federations for development projectsContribute to the creation and editing of coach education course contentSupport the Education Manager and the mechanics Instructor in fostering collaboration between departmentsRedesign and reformatting of mechanical engineering course materials with the assistance of the course lecturerAssistance with lesson preparation and welcoming participants.Updating manuals on the E-Learning platformIssuing certificates for courses conducted worldwideProfil :Recent or soon-to-be completed higher education, with a desire to gain initial experience in the sports worldProficiency in both French and English, spoken and writtenStrong knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)Familiarity with the Moodle platform (a plus)Excellent writing and organizational skillsAble to manage priorities and meet deadlinesDetail-oriented, motivatedAble to work independentlyExcellent interpersonal skillsStrong interest in sports, with a particular interest in cycling being a plus.Start date : immediately or date to be agreedLength :  Duration to be agreed but minimum 9 months
