Senior Lab Technician Analytical Development

The site in is growing and for our analytical development team for mammalian products, we are seeking an Scientist / Laboratory Associate with work experience in physical-chemical methods such as HPLC, LC-MS, iciEF, glycan mapping, a passion for analytics and an affinity for programming/automation to join our Lonza talent community. Become part of a group that enables its customers to meet some of the greatest challenges in patient treatment and join us by applying for the Associate Principal Scientist position.
Key responsibilities:
Execution of robust and reproducible assays to support Process Development
SME for dedicated methods (incl. review and interpretation of data)
Identifying and implementing innovations in the area of expertise and pursue continuous improvement projects
Be the key person for our automation efforts
Key requirements:
Degree (Bachelor, Master) in biology, biochemistry or a comparable subject area
Several years of relevant professional experience
Experience in protein analysis and physical-chemical methods (HPLC, LC-MS, iciEF, etc)
Track record in programming (eg Java)
Ideally experience with IT/OT systems for analytical laboratories, such as electronic lab notebooks, Empower, etc.
Confident communication in English.
