Job DescriptionThe Internal Audit Manager will play a pivotal role in strengthening governance, risk management, and internal controls across the Stäubli Group. Reporting to the Head Internal Audit, this role provides independent, objective assurance and advisory services globally.Key Responsibilities:Develop and execute risk-based audit plans aligned with group strategy and regulatory requirements.Lead audits across global business units, covering financial, operational, compliance, and IT processes.Evaluate key business risks and internal controls, recommending improvements to enhance efficiency and compliance.Prepare clear, concise audit reports with actionable recommendations for senior management and the Audit Committee.Support the development of audit methodologies, tools, and processes, including the use of data analytics.Collaborate with senior leaders across departments to ensure robust risk ownership and act as a trusted advisor on governance matters.Coach team members and ensure audits adhere to Global Internal Audit Standards (GIAS) and Swiss governance principles.Travel Requirements:International travel (approx. 30–40%).QualificationsYou are an accomplished internal audit professional with a proven track record of driving excellence in governance, risk management, and compliance. With 6–8 years of experience in internal audit, ideally gained within an international industrial group or a leading Big 4 firm. You bring a strategic mindset and hands-on expertise. Your ability to assess complex processes, identify risks, and deliver actionable insights sets you apart as a trusted advisor to the business.Most importantly, you care about people and culture, you dare to challenge, inspire, and build a strong team while fostering collaboration. Fluency in English is essential; additional languages are a plus.Education: University degree (or equivalent) in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related discipline.Certifications: Professional credentials such as CIA (Certified Internal Auditor), CPA, CISA, or equivalent are expected.Additional InformationJoin our dedicated Internal Audit team at Stäubli’s headquarters, where collaboration and integrity are at the heart of everything we do.
