Der Field Service Schweiz ist an 16 Standorten vertreten und spielt eine massgebliche Rolle bei unserer Mission, herausragende Haushaltsgeräte mit Schweizer Präzision und Innovationskraft anzubieten. Wir sorgen nicht nur für die umfassende servicetechnische Betreuung von modernsten Geräten in Küche und Waschraum, sondern schaffen auch ein Serviceerlebnis, das über die Erwartungen unserer Kundinnen und Kunden hinausgeht. Eine verantwortungsvolle Rolle, bei der das operative Service-Geschäft in der Region Westschweiz mit fünf Servicestandorten und rund 60 Mitarbeitenden im Fokus steht Die Führung der Centerleiter:innen an den jeweiligen Standorten, mit denen du unsere Kunden mit Top-in-Class Serviceleistungen begeisterst und vorausschauend die Weichen für die aktuellen und zukünftigen Herausforderungen stellst Die Aufgabe, den Auf- und Ausbau der Serviceregion smart zu organisieren, gleichzeitig die Prozesse in der Organisation und überregional zu optimieren mit dem Ziel, die Effizienz zu steigern und Kundenbedürfnisse perfekt abzudecken Die Chance, deine Leidenschaft für Menschen täglich unter Beweis zu stellen, in dem du mit deinen Mitarbeitenden deine Expertise teilst, Talente erkennst und förderst und bei komplexen Fragestellungen als Mentor:in unterstützt Ein hohes Mass an Autonomie, mit welcher du neue Geschäftsfelder erschliesst und dein Netzwerk aus Kunden, Vertriebspartnern und internen Schnittstellen pflegst und erweiterst

Deine Laufbahn enthält eine abgeschlossene Grundausbildung (EFZ) in einem technischen Umfeld, angereichert mit einer betriebswirtschaftlichen Weiterbildung (mind. Stufe HF) Du bist eine inspirierende Führungspersönlichkeit und weisst, wie du deine Mitarbeitenden über mehrere Stufen erfolgreich begleiten und entwickeln kannst Deine positive Energie, gemixt mit einem hohen Mass an Empathie sowie dein Verhandlungsgeschick in der französischen, deutschen und englischen Sprache bildet die nahrhafte Basis für eine hervorragende Zusammenarbeit Du liebst, was du tust – deshalb agierst du mit hoher Ausdauer, findest die Erfolgszutaten auch in unklarer Ausgangslage und veränderte Situationen bilden für dich das Salz in der Suppe Deine analytischen Fähigkeiten, kombiniert mit fundiertem Know-how und Drive für die Neugestaltung und Optimierung von Prozessen und Organisationsstrukturen bilden die optimale Basis für die erfolgreiche Ausgestaltung deiner zukünftigen Funktion Neben deinen französischen Sprachkenntnissen bringst du auch verhandlungssicheres Deutsch mit, um dich mit deinen Mitarbeitenden und Kunden zu verständigen
