As an Executive Search Recruiter, you will be responsible for:

  • Delivering high-quality recruitment mandates for our clients.
  • Partnering with our Executive Search Consultants in the delivery of recruitment mandates.
  • Acting as a point of contact to clients and participating in client meetings.
  • Maintaining and updating our Candidate Database (ATS) consistently.
  • Providing administrative support and writing of documents in French and English.

Your Skills:

  • Bachelor or master's degree in Business Administration, hospitality management, or any related field.
  • Previous recruitment and research experience either in an agency or in-house is a plus or appetite to learn and grow in this field.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills (verbal and written).
  • You are endowed with a customer-oriented mindset and passionate about delivering top-notch service.
  • Flexible and adaptable, you are at ease with ambiguity and strive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Client oriented, you have a business-oriented mindset and demonstrate an interest in the Swiss economy.
  • Self-driven and proactive, you enjoy collaborating with others and sharing ideas.
  • French mother tongue, you have an advanced level of English. German is an advantage.
