Provide active support and advice for your team members in your department (Make Up, Skin Care & Hair Care, Fragrance) Pass on knowledge about products, trends and beauty news Lead coach and develop the team to deliver outstanding customer experience Act as a role model in the Sephora Attitude and pass on the Sephora DNA Communicate targets clearly and motivate the team to achieve them Complete merchandise management, from receipt to proper storage, write-offs, returns and tester management Collaborating on Visual Merchandising, brand updates and in-store animations Responsible for achieving monthly and annual sales targets Experience and skills Experience in retail and team leadership, ideally in a premium or service-oriented environment At least 3 years of professional experience Strong understanding of retail KPIs and store operations Good knowledge of the beauty industry & trends Fluent in English or native language of the country We offer A young and dynamic work environment In-house trainings A salary adapted to the market A monthly bonus based on sales targets A contribution to travel expenses A permanent contract A subsidiary of the LVMH group, Sephora is 17 000 references 27 points of sale in Switzerland and nearly 2000 in the world 27 000 collaborators including 180 in SwitzerlandWould you like to join us?
