Join our team and help deliver innovative solutions that support Lonza’s mission to improve lives worldwide.The actual location of this job is in Visp, Switzerland.Relocation assistance is available for eligible candidates and their families, if needed.What you will get:An agile career and a dynamic work cultureAn inclusive and ethical workplaceCompensation programs that recognize high performanceIn addition to a competitive salary, you can expect numerous lifestyle, family, and leisure benefitsOur full list of tailored local benefits can be found below: What you will do:Plan, oversee, and lead IT/OT infrastructure projects across local, regional, and global scopesManage project delivery throughout the lifecycle, ensuring compliance with Lonza standardsEngage with cross-functional teams and departments to implement infrastructure solutionsOversee budgets, timelines, milestones, and stakeholder communicationIdentify risks and implement mitigation strategiesFacilitate effective communication with internal and external stakeholders, including senior managementMaintain project documentation and support continuous improvement initiativesWhat we are looking for:Proven experience in IT/OT infrastructure project managementStrong knowledge of IT and OT architecture, security, and compliance requirementsFamiliarity with infrastructure topics such as servers, firewalls, LAN/WAN, and data centersExcellent communication and stakeholder management skillsExperience in Pharma or other validated production industriesDegree in IT or engineering; PMP or Prince2 certification preferredFluency in English; additional languages are an advantageAbout LonzaAt Lonza, our people are our greatest strength.
