We’re looking for an intern to join us for 6-12 months, with the potential opportunity to join full-time afterwards with attractive conditions. If you’re proactive, have a can-do-attitude and strong analytical skills, then submit your application to learn more about the role.YOUR CHALLENGESupport in preparing analysis and meeting material for our CFO, e.g. for Board of Directors, Executive Board meetingsPerform financial analysis to identify trends and behaviours with respect to the Balance sheet and the P&LDevelop initiatives for continuous business process improvements, including improving reporting, creating dashboards, simplifying processesContribute towards various ad hoc projects and analytical tasksCoordinate across internal and external stakeholders on business deliverablesHelp manage tasks of recurring/ compliance nature, e.g. maintain intranet pages for CFO Division, coordinate budget forecast updates, policies documentationOrganize and coordinate meetings, conferences, townhalls etc.Manage administrative tasks independentlyYOUR PROFILEUniversity student (Bachelor or Master level) or recent graduateStrong analytical skills and capacity for conceptual thinkingProficient user in MS Office applications, especially Excel and PowerPointExperience with Tableau Software is a plusProactive and with ability to work independently“Can-do-attitude” coupled with openness to challenges and willingness to learnStrong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skillsFluency in English is a requirement, German, French and other languages meritoriousWe are looking forward to receiving your full job application through our online application tool.
