  • Stage F&B Intern
MISSIONS
  • Soutenir l'opération F&B avec toutes les tâches administratives.
  • Soutenir la coordination des menus, en veillant à ce qu'ils soient conformes aux normes de la marque aux attentes des clients.
  • Collecter et analyser les données des navires pour générer des idées d'amélioration.
  • Travailler en étroite collaboration avec les chefs d'entreprise et l'équipe cilinaire pour les soutenir dans les tâches quotidiennes.
  • Aider à l'élaboration de rapports et de présentations sur la performance de la restauration et des boissons pour les parties prenantes internes.
  • Surveiller les enquêtes de satisfaction des clients et compilez les données pour aider à améliorer l'expérience culinaire et de restauration.

  • Travailler avec des équipes interfonctionnelles pour assurer une intégration fluide de la restauration dans les événements et expériences des invités.
PROFIL RECHERCHÉ
  • Maitrise de la suite Microsoft Office.
  • Capacité à s'adapter à un environnement de travail dynamique et à gérer plusieurs projets simultanément.
  • Bonnes aptitudes à la communication et aux relations interpersonnelles.
  • Solides compétences organisationnelles et multitâches, avec un grand souci du détail.
