- Die Durchführung der Kontrolle auf Vollständigkeit und Richtigkeit der Eintragungen im Batch Record, Weitergabe der Batch Record Dokumentation an die QA nach Abschluss aller relevanten Tätigkeiten.
- Verantwortlich für Compliance Themen im Wertstrom wie Quality Risk Management, SPOC Inspection Management, Dokumentation Expertise, PQS
- Verantwortung für die Bearbeitung von Abweichung (DMS), Technical Changes (TCM) oder CAPAs, GMP Training und das managen von übergeordneten GMP Projekten über Wertströme hinweg
- Bereitschaft für das Arbeiten in einem selbst organisierten Team mit hohem Mass an Eigenverantwortung in einem offenen und kollaborativen Umfeld.
- Gemeinsam mit dem Team LPS Methoden und Werkzeuge vorantreiben und im Tagesgeschäft leben. Einbringen von Ideen zur Verbesserung der Qualität, Effizienz der Anlagen, Kostenreduktion und Prozesse.

- Abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung oder ein abgeschlossenes Bachelor-/Master Studium, idealerweise im Bereich der pharmazeutischen Herstellung oder einem verwandten Gebiet.
- Min. 3 Jahre Berufserfahrung in der pharmazeutischen Produktion, Entwicklung, Qualitätssicherung oder -kontrolle
- Erfahrung im GMP regulierten Umfeld
- Erfahrung im Batch Record Review, in einem sterilen Abfüllbereich (Arzneimittel)/ Aseptische Tätigkeiten ist von Vorteil
- Schnelle Auffassungsgabe und grosses Interesse an technischen Abläufen sowie Affinität im Umgang mit IT-Systemen.
- Sehr gute Kommunikationsfähigkeiten in Wort und Schrift in Deutsch und gute Kenntnisse in Englisch
- Grosse Bereitschaft und Neugier, sich flexibel weiterzuentwickeln und im Sinne der Polyvalenz bereichsübergreifend zu lernen. Dazu gehört ein Interesse, vor- und nachgelagerte Prozessschritte zu erfassen und kennenzulernen.
- Eine teamorientierte Denkweise mit Blick auf stete Verbesserung der Prozesse und die Fähigkeit, in einem sich ständig verändernden Umfeld konstante Leistung auf hohem Niveau zu erbringen.
- Kenntnisse und überzeugter Einsatz bezüglich Prozessverbesserungen (z.B. Lean Production System) sowie Agile Management oder mikrobiologische Kenntnisse sind von Vorteil.
- Fähigkeit und Offenheit, die Chancen und die Vorteile von Veränderungen zu erkennen und zu leben. In diesem Sinne ist ein Interesse in den Bereichen Coaching und Change Management von Vorteil.
- Hohe Teamfähigkeit und Lösungsorientierung sowie kollaborative Arbeitsweise.
- Routinierter Umgang mit IT-Systemen (zb. Google-Anwendungen sowie Veeva)
