About the job
Your responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Supporting the Licensing Team in implementing the global licensing strategy and go-to market activities
Supporting with the Licensing Report on a monthly and quarterly basis
Collaborate with internal stakeholders (Merchandising, Marketing teams, etc) in order to support in the implementation of the licensing categories in Swarovski distribution
Taking care of the global sample management process
Overseeing cost tracking and PO creation
Liaising with the training department to develop training materials
Supporting the creation of the collection framework (e.g. product content) and maintain all the information in the product database (PLM)
Leading ad-hoc projects i.e. representing the category in specific activities, cross-functional work and alignment with internal stakeholders
About you
We are looking for a unique and amazing talent, who brings along the following:
University degree/ Education, preferably in business economics, business administration/ management or marketing
Past professional experience in marketing role in an international company is a plus
Experience in using MS Office package.
Excellent analytical , organizational and project management skills
Excellent English proficiency, presentation, and communication skills – another language is a plus
Team orientation, and ability to work effectively with all levels of the organization
Creative and flexible approach whenever possible and pro-active attitude
