Votre mission:

  • Diriger la conception d'architectures Salesforce centrées sur Marketing Cloud Engagement, Pardot et Data Cloud, en garantissant leur alignement avec les objectifs métier des clients.
    • Accompagner les clients dans leurs projets de migration vers Marketing Cloud Growth, en apportant expertise fonctionnelle, technique et stratégique.
    • Assurer une intégration experte des données entre Data Cloud, Sales Cloud, Service Cloud et les systèmes tiers via MuleSoft ou d'autres solutions middleware.
    • Traduire les besoins marketing et métier en architectures, exploitant les capacités de segmentation, personnalisation, automation et intelligence prédictive de Salesforce.
    • Collaborer étroitement avec les équipes métier, IT et partenaires pour assurer le succès des projets Multi-Cloud, avec un fort accent sur l'activation des données clients dans le cadre de parcours personnalisés.
    • Veiller à l'adoption des meilleures pratiques Salesforce (dev, CI/CD, gouvernance des données, sécurité), et participer activement à la veille technologique autour de l'écosystème Salesforce.

Vos qualifications

  • Vous avez un minimum de 7 ans ou plus d'expérience sur des projets d'architecture Salesforce, avec une spécialisation avérée sur Marketing Cloud Engagement et Pardot.
    • Vous avez déjà conçu et mis en œuvre des solutions impliquant Data Cloud, et maîtrisez les enjeux liés à la gouvernance, à la segmentation et à l'activation des données client.
    • Vous êtes à l'aise dans les environnements complexes, multi-cloud, et savez diriger des équipes techniques et fonctionnelles.
    • Vous avez une expérience de migration vers Marketing Cloud Growth ou êtes capable d'en accompagner la stratégie.
    • Vous comprenez les logiques d'intégration (API, MuleSoft, ETL) et les modèles de données Salesforce.
    • Vous détenez plusieurs certifications Salesforce, dont idéalement : Marketing Cloud Consultant, Marketing Cloud Developer, Data Cloud Accredited Professional, Salesforce Application ou System Architect.
    • Vous maîtrisez l'anglais à l'écrit comme à l'oral (niveau C1). L'allemand est un atout.
