Als Projektleiter (m/w/d) bei der Rheinmetall Air Defence AG in Zürich sind Sie für die Erweiterung unserer Fertigung im Bereich Munition verantwortlich und berichten direkt an den Leiter Industrial Cooperation. Sie betreuen den Aufbau einer zweiten Fertigung bei der Rheinmetall Italia in Rom nach dem Modell der Fertigung bei uns in Zürich.

Konkret übernehmen Sie folgende Aufgaben:

  • Verantwortung für die Konzepterstellung und Ausführung von Transfer of Manufacturing Projekten

  • Übergeordnete Planung, Steuerung und Koordination sämtlicher Massnahmen

  • Koordination der internen und externen Stakeholder

  • Reporting im Rahmen der Projektumsetzung

  • Planung und Überwachung des Projektbudgets

WAS SIE MITBRINGEN SOLLTEN

  • Technische Ausbildung sowie idealerweise eine betriebswirtschaftliche Zusatzausbildung oder vergleichbar

  • Erfahrung als Projektleiter (m/w/d) im Produktionsumfeld sowie Erfahrung mit Produktionsverlagerungen

  • Durchsetzungsvermögen sowie Flexibilität bei der Lösungsfindung

  • Branchenkenntnisse (Wehrtechnik) von Vorteil

  • Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift sowie idealerweise Italienischkenntnisse

  • Flexibilität für mehrtägige Dienstreisen und eine ausgeprägte interkulturelle Kompetenz
