Let’s shape the future of wealth management together. We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Manual Tester to join our agile DevOps team for CRM. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality and reliability of business-critical processes within our CRM platform, which supports key client advisory and relationship management functions across the bank.The ideal candidate has hands-on experience in functional testing of CRM systems, demonstrates diligence and precision in execution, and possesses a strong desire to deeply understand complex financial services workflows and technical implementations.Prior exposure to Actico CRM, is highly advantageous but not mandatory - what matters most is curiosity, rigor, and commitment to excellence.YOUR CHALLENGEDesign, develop, and execute comprehensive manual test cases based on business requirements, system specifications, and regulatory standardsPerform end-to-end testing of CRM functionalities including client onboarding, suitability assessments, product recommendations, document generation, and advisor dashboardsIdentify, log, track, and retest software defects using structured methodologies and issue tracking tools (e.g., JIRA)Collaborate closely with business analysts, developers, and test managementParticipate in requirement reviews to assess testability and provide early feedbackEnsure thorough regression testing during releases and patchesMaintain up-to-date documentation of test scenarios, results, and traceability matricesSupport UAT activities by preparing test environments, data, and guidance materials for business usersContribute to continuous improvement of testing practices and quality assurance frameworksYOUR PROFILEProven experience in manual software testing, preferably within CRM or client management platformsSolid understanding of testing concepts: test design techniques, defect lifecycle, test prioritizationExperience working in agile (SAFe) environmentsHigh level of accuracy, structure, and accountability; known for diligent and methodical workStrong analytical skills with a genuine willingness to dive deep into complex topics, whether procedural, technical, or domain-specific (e.g., MiFID II, KYC/AML)Familiarity with rule-driven CRM solutions used in financial services is considered a strong advantageComfortable handling sensitive client data with strict adherence to confidentiality and information security policiesExcellent communication skills in English; German proficiency is desirableBachelor in Business Administration or related field close to the Financial Industry and/or Customer Relationship ManagementAt least 3 years of Education in Information Technology (apprenticeship or bachelor) preferrableWe are looking forward to receiving your full job application through our online application tool.
