Qualifications• Minimum 15 years of experience in commercial marketing, business transformation, or related fields.• Proven track record in leading large-scale commercial strategies and transformation, as well as driving business growth.• Experience driving digital transformation initiatives, including CRM implementation and data-driven decision-making.• Solid expertise in market research, product management, and promotional campaign development.• Familiarity with advanced analytics, AI tools, and agile methodologies.• Leadership experience in managing cross-functional teams in a complex stakeholder landscape in the pharmaceutical industry and consumer healthcare.• Strong negotiation skills and experience in managing external partnerships.• A master’s degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field.
