Responsible for supporting and executing the financial operations, contributing to the accuracy of financial reporting, and supporting strategic decision-making processes through sound analysis. You will mostly partake in regulatory reporting operations, as well as have project tasks.YOUR CHALLENGERegulatory Reporting Operations (approx. 80%)Functional responsibility for the monthly preparation of regulatory reports for Bank Julius Baer & Co. Ltd. and Julius Baer Group Ltd.Collaboration in performing reconciliations and quality checks of the monthly financial data submitted to SNB and FINMA, including capital adequacy and liquidity calculationsPrepare ad hoc analyses and special reports, including narrative commentarySupport the preparation of the annual Basel III Pillar 3 disclosures reportsComprehensive documentation of closing processes, primarily in EnglishProvide specialist Regulatory Reporting support to international locations worldwideEnsure ongoing compliance with internal controlsProject Tasks (approx. 20%)Supporting functional specifications and test executions of functional and technical adaptations in the Regulatory Reporting application (Axiom)Represent Regulatory Reporting as a business partner in various IT projects and during the introduction of new banking productsSupport the implementation of new regulatory requirements in respect of SNB statistical reporting, capital adequacy, and liquidity reportingAnalyse and continuously optimise existing processesYOUR PROFILEHigher financial or business administration educationSeveral years of professional experience in bank accounting is essentialPrevious project experience in financial accounting, especially in the Regulatory area, is advantageousIn-depth understanding of IFRS and RVI (Swiss Banking GAAP)Competent in Basel III capital and liquidity (LCR, NSFR) frameworksDemonstrated experience in the business implementation of new banking productsProficiency in MS Office, experience with AxiomSL is highly beneficialVery good English language skills, both written and spoken.
