Let’s shape the future of wealth management together. In this role, you will assist in the monthly preparation of regulatory reports for Bank Julius Baer & Co. Ltd. and Julius Baer Group Ltd. Most of your time will be dedicated to regulatory reporting operations activities, but you will also partake in project tasks.YOUR CHALLENGERegulatory Reporting Operations (approx. 90%)Assist in the monthly preparation of regulatory reports for Bank Julius Baer & Co. Ltd. and Julius Baer Group Ltd.Perform reconciliations and quality checks of the monthly financial data for submission to SNB and FINMA, including capital and liquidity calculationsPrepare ad hoc analyses and special reports, including narrative commentarySupport in the preparation of the Basle III Pillar 3 disclosures reports.Documentation of the closing processes, primarily in EnglishProvide specialist Regulatory Reporting support to international locations worldwideEnsure ongoing compliance with internal controlsProject Tasks (approx. 10%)Supporting functional specifications and testing of functional and technical adaptations in the Regulatory Reporting application (Axiom)Support the implementation of new regulatory requirements in respect of SNB statistical reporting, capital adequacy, and liquidity reportingAnalyse and continuously optimise existing processesYOUR PROFILEEducation in finance or business administrationSeveral years of professional experience in financial bank accounting essentialIn-depth understanding of IFRS and RVI (Swiss Banking GAAP)Understanding of Basel III capital and liquidity frameworks is an advantageProficiency in MS Office, experience with AxiomSL is beneficialPrevious project experience is advantageousVery good English language skills, both written and spoken.
