Bei als Teil von Hexagon konzipieren, entwickeln, fertigen, installieren und betreiben wir integrierte Hard- und Softwarelösungen zur Überwachung und Alarmierung von gravitativen Naturgefahren. Wir detektieren Eis- und Schneelawinen, Murgänge, Flutwellen, Hochwasser, oder Gletscherseen um besiedelte Gebiete, bedrohte Verkehrsachsen und Infrastruktur zu sichern. Wir setzen dabei grossen Fokus auf kundenspezifische, zuverlässige Lösungen. Durch unser interdisziplinäres Teamkönnen wir Hard- und Software-Systeme eigenständig entwickeln und Kundenprojekte rasch und effizient umsetzen. Zur Verstärkung unseres Teams suchen wir eine/n: Business Director Naturgefahren (w/m/d) Zürich100%Das spricht Dich an «we detect to protect»- Du teilst unsere Begeisterung rund um die Detektion und das Monitoring von Naturgefahren im alpinen Raum Geschäftsentwicklung- In der Rolle als Business Director Naturgefahren bist Du für die Weiterentwicklung und Umsetzung der Geschäftsstrategien verantwortlich und für die Skalierung und Expansion unseres Geschäfts in der Schweiz wie auch im Ausland zuständig Organisation - Du fühlst Dich in der organisatorischen und personellen Führung von Mitarbeitenden zuhause Produkt- und Portfoliomanagement - Du bist an der Schnittstelle zu Kunden, konsolidierst Anforderungen des Marktes und definierst neue Lösungen Kommunikation & Firmenauftritt- Du verfasst Beiträge für unsere Homepage, Fachzeitschriften und Wissenschaft und vertrittst uns auf nationale wie internationalen Konferenzen und Messen Das macht Dich aus Du teilst unsere Faszination für den alpinen Raum und Arbeit mit und in der Natur. Du bist mit der Risikobeurteilungen von und Naturereignissen wie Lawinen, Steinschlag oder Murgängen vertraut. Studium (B.Sc. / M.Sc.) in einem technisch-naturwissenschaftlichen Umfeld, vorzugsweise im Bereich Naturgefahren wie Umweltwissenschaften, Erdwissenschaften, Environmental Engineering, Geologie, Physik, o.Ä.
