As a Business Manager, you will drive key initiatives, deliver impactful analysis for senior leadership, and optimize processes for greater efficiency. The role includes a range of high profile tasks, including preparing key reports and presentations, coordinating events, governing business-specific processes, as well as owning financial planning, cost control and reporting for the business unit, ensuring an efficient use of resources.YOUR CHALLENGEAs a Strategic Finance Manager you will:Lead and contribute to strategic initiatives within the CFO Office, including cross-bank programs and ad hoc projects that drive business growth and operational excellencePrepare high-quality analysis and presentation materials for the Board of Directors, Executive Committee and senior management, ensuring clarity and actionable insightsPerform financial and business analysis to identify trends, assess risks and deliver data-driven recommendations that support strategic decision-makingDrive continuous process improvements by enhancing reporting, developing dashboards and simplifying workflows to increase efficiency and transparencyCollaborate across functions and manage stakeholders to align priorities, facilitate discussions and ensure timely delivery of key initiativesCommunicate complex topics in a clear and concise manner, creating compelling narratives and presentations that influence senior stakeholdersYOUR PROFILEDegree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, Engineering, or related fieldAt least 2 years of experience in financial services, strategic consulting, or relevant business management roleAnalytical & Problem-Solving Skills: Strong ability to break down complex problems, perform financial and business analysis and develop actionable, data-driven solutionsProject & Stakeholder Management: Proven track record in managing multiple workstreams, prioritizing tasks under pressure and engaging effectively with senior stakeholdersCommunication & Presentation Excellence: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to simplify complex topics and create compelling presentations for top managementTechnical Proficiency: Advanced user of MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint); ability to visualize data and craft clear narrativesPersonal Attributes: Structured, detail-oriented, proactive and adaptable, with a dynamic mindsetProficiency in English is required; German is desirable, any other language is a plusWe are looking forward to receiving your full job application through our online application tool.
