As a Business Manager, you will drive key initiatives, deliver impactful analysis for senior leadership, and optimize processes for greater efficiency. The role includes a range of high profile tasks, including preparing key reports and presentations, coordinating events, governing business-specific processes, as well as owning financial planning, cost control and reporting for the business unit, ensuring an efficient use of resources. IHRE AUFGABEN As a Strategic Finance Manager you will: - Lead and contribute to strategic initiatives within the CFO Office, including cross-bank programs and ad hoc projects that drive business growth and operational excellence - Prepare high-quality analysis and presentation materials for the Board of Directors, Executive Committee and senior management, ensuring clarity and actionable insights - Perform financial and business analysis to identify trends, assess risks and deliver data-driven recommendations that support strategic decision-making - Drive continuous process improvements by enhancing reporting, developing dashboards and simplifying workflows to increase efficiency and transparency - Collaborate across functions and manage stakeholders to align priorities, facilitate discussions and ensure timely delivery of key initiatives - Communicate complex topics in a clear and concise manner, creating compelling narratives and presentations that influence senior stakeholders YOUR PROFILE - Degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, Engineering, or related field - At least 2 years of experience in financial services, strategic consulting, or relevant business management role - Analytical & Problem-Solving Skills: Strong ability to break down complex problems, perform financial and business analysis and develop actionable, data-driven solutions - Project & Stakeholder Management: Proven track record in managing multiple workstreams, prioritizing tasks under pressure and engaging effectively with senior stakeholders - Communication & Presentation Excellence: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to simplify complex topics and create compelling presentations for top management - Technical Proficiency: Advanced user of MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint); ability to visualize data and craft clear narratives - Personal Attributes: Structured, detail-oriented, proactive and adaptable, with a dynamic mindset - Proficiency in English is required; German is desirable, any other language is a plus We are looking forward to receiving your full job application through our online application tool.
