Solution Architect (gn) Microsoft CRM 

team: Internal IT department | Customer: Domain Sales & Marketing 

Tool/ Focus: Microsoft Dynamics CRM, CRM-related and other domain-specific tools 

pensum: full time | location: Germany, Switzerland, Bulgaria, Poland

working model: remote or hybrid


The role

This role is pivotal in driving digital transformation, supporting IT decision-making, and aligning business needs with our long-term IT strategy. 

Primary responsibilities include:

Be responsible for the architecture of one or more solutions Translate customer needs into actionable requirements Ensure operational requirements like performance and usability are met Present and document solution designs Guide development teams to implement your designs Collaborate with process designers and team members Align your designs with the overall IT strategy

What we need to see from you

Over the past 3+ years, you have acquired extensive hands-on experience in roles such as Senior Developer, Lead Developer, Business Analyst, or similar. You have developed expertise in sales and marketing-related IT fields and are well-versed in domain-specific tools, including CRM systems. Additionally, you possess an understanding of enterprise architecture.

Your Key Abilities:

Identify and balance technical debt with new feature development. Take on problems using logic and creativity, anticipating future issues Analyze data to identify patterns and draw significant conclusions Apply agile practices to evolving architectures Implement guided, incremental changes across multiple dimensions Ensure data quality (correctness, availability, accuracy) Continuous focus on business outcomes is normal for you Demonstrating a good attention to detail Capability to collaborate and communicate within a global environment A proactive and driven demeanor, with a dedication to achieving outstanding results
