Ready for an exciting NEW adventure?

We are offering a new position at our NORQAIN HQ in Nidau (Biel/Bienne) from March 1st, 2025 or by agreement

Your mission:

• Assembling watch heads (fitting dials and hands and inserting watch cases)
• Straps fitting
• Minor alterations to movements/adjustments to rate
• Assembly of prototypes
• Diagnosis of watches returned from the market

Your skills:

• Training as a watchmaker
• Professional experience in a similar role
• Accurate and meticulous, with an interest in producing high-quality products
• Very good knowledge of German or French
• Passion for your profession, flexibility and ability to work as part of a team
• Willingness to work in a growing company with a "builder" mindset
• Identification with the NORQAINER spirit (adventure, outdoor sports, young and dynamic)
