The successful candidate will manage institutional client relationships, provide market-making and execution services, and contribute to the continued growth of the desk.This is a high-impact front-office role offering exposure to major institutional clients, cross-currency flow, and interest rate derivatives, within a collaborative and well-regarded international brokerage environment.Responsibilities Manage and expand institutional client relationships within the Swiss FX market, focusing on CHF Forwards and Cash products. Execute and price daily trades while ensuring competitive and accurate market coverage. Support clients with market insights, forward curves, and interest rate perspectives. Identify and develop new business opportunities to expand the desk’s revenue base. Collaborate with colleagues across European and global offices to provide a seamless service offering. Maintain strict adherence to compliance standards and professional confidentiality. Requirements Minimum 5 years of experience in financial markets as a Broker, ideally specializing in FX Forwards, Cash, or Interest Rate Derivatives. Strong technical understanding of CHF FX products and additional exposure to other major currencies. Demonstrated ability to manage and grow an existing institutional client base. Fluent in English and German; another European language is an advantage. Ambitious, commercially minded, and motivated to thrive in a high-performing, international environment.
