Job Description

Your tasks and responsibilities will include:

Design activities in dam engineering, both on embankment and concrete dams. From early-stage design phases to construction projects. Coordination / performance of dam safety assessment study, with special reference to structural and stability analyses. Proactive collaboration with the engineering and drafting teams.

Short missions abroad to support site activities, attend site meetings, etc.


Qualifications

MSc in Civil Engineering. Minimum 10 years' experience on international projects. Experience in conception, design and construction follow-up of embankment dams. Experience in static and dynamic analysis of embankment and concrete dams with Finite Element and Finite Difference software. Good knowledge of International Standards and Guidelines for Dam Design, such as USBR, USACE, FERC and others. Experience as Designer with EPC Contractors or under Red Book Contracts. Good verbal & written communication skills in English is mandatory. French, Italien and German are an asset. Ability and motivation to travel abroad for short assignments.
