VIP Relations Assistant

Your responsibilities: Assist with VIP Registration process , support VIP inboxes, and VIP hotlineExecuting CRM projects including data processing, Manage pre show and show events logistics including but not limited toMaintaining records of guest list and update RSVP statusSupport VIP team to oversee check in hosts and ensure smooth check in processSupporting set up and dismantle of events efficiently through to completionPost-events attendance reportsHelp coordinate and implement VIP programs and VIP benefitsProvide basic administrative assistance including coordinate and schedule meetings, keeping meeting minutes, event calendar building etc.The role will require flexibility to take on new challenges as they arise.Your Profile:Excellent customer service skills and previous experience is a mustAbility to maintain professional demeanorWorks well under pressure, maintains high level of courtesy at all timesFriendly and discreet personality Punctual, works efficiently, attention to detailLanguages (Must in English, Mandarin, Cantonese; others would be preferred)Computer proficiency (Database navigation, Microsoft Word and Excel) Seniority level Entry level Employment type Full-time Job function Customer Service Industries Artists and Writers and Events Services Referrals increase your chances of interviewing at Art Basel by 2x Get notified when a new job is posted.
