Vous contribuez directement à la croissance d’ENOVA Consulting en assurant l’identification, la sélection et l’engagement des talents techniques et scientifiques destinés aux missions de conseil chez nos clients des secteurs pharmaceutique, biotech, medtech et industriel. Vos missions Recrutement Piloter l’ensemble du cycle de recrutement pour les consultants et experts qui interviendront chez nos clients : R&D, QA/RA, Validation, Engineering, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Clinical, Project Management. Sourcer activement des profils pénuriques via LinkedIn Recruiter, réseaux spécialisés, écoles d’ingénieurs, communautés techniques et bases internes. Conduire les entretiens structurés, évaluer le niveau technique, la capacité d’adaptation en mission. Constituer et maintenir un vivier solide de consultants immédiatement mobilisables selon les projets. Préparer des shortlists qualifiées et argumentées pour les Account Managers. Collaboration interne & relation client Travailler en binôme avec les Business / Account Managers pour comprendre les besoins clients : contexte, urgences, environnement réglementaire, contraintes opérationnelles. Participer ponctuellement aux réunions client pour présenter des profils ou affiner la compréhension des attentes. Process, outils & amélioration continue Gérer l’ATS interne, structurer les données, et garantir un suivi rigoureux des pipelines. Améliorer continuellement les méthodes de sourcing, de screening et de reporting. Proposer des actions d’optimisation : templates, scripts d’entretien, standardisation des retours candidats, KPIs clairs. Participer aux projets internes : onboarding des consultants, initiatives RH, développement de la marque employeur, événements. Marque employeur & attractivité Représenter ENOVA Consulting lors de salons, événements universitaires, conférences spécialisées. Garantir une expérience candidat fluide, professionnelle et transparente, conforme aux valeurs d’ENOVA. Vos compétences Forte appétence pour les environnements scientifiques et techniques ; compréhension des métiers Life Sciences & Engineering. Aisance dans un contexte de conseil où rapidité, précision et qualité d’évaluation conditionnent la satisfaction client. Capacité à gérer plusieurs recrutements simultanément, à maintenir un pipeline dynamique et à prioriser sous contrainte. Goût pour la chasse, la cartographie de marché et la recherche de profils complexes. Communication directe, structurée, orientée résultats. Maîtrise des outils modernes de recrutement : ATS, CRM, LinkedIn Recruiter, outils de sourcing.
