You will also be learning alongside brilliant people, with the resources and support to explore new ways of thinking and working – all in all, an unbeatable experience.WHAT YOU WILL DOAs part of the Social Media Team, you'll have the chance to work with some of the world's most prestigious luxury brands, helping to shape and execute marketing strategies that will engage their target audiences and drive business growth.You'll collaborate with a team of talented professionals, all committed to delivering high-quality work that exceeds client expectations.Assisting in developing social media strategies (including research, benchmarking, tactics development, content calendars creation, etc.) with a strong Creative touchAssisting in the execution of online marketing campaignsContent posting on global social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Pinterest, Twitter, TikTok and YouTube)Participation in social paid campaign setup and optimizationCommunity managementReporting of social media activities and insightsCrafting powerful copy for clients social media activities & marketing projectsConstant watch of the luxury industry and aspirational brands best practicesDirect contact with clients on some of the missions listed aboveParticipation in business development and marketing activities (e.g. RFP, etc.)Participation in strategic internal sessionsSupport to other DLG teams (e.g. marketing team) WHAT YOU NEED TO JOIN OUR PROGRAMMinimum 6-9 months of experience in SEO/SEA / Social Media Campaign / Growth Hacking Previous experience with reporting toolsExperience with Google Analytics, Google AdsEnglish C1, French C1 minimumAdvanced level in Microsoft Office software (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint) (will be tested)Experience working with project management tools preferred (Trello, Asana, Google Cloud Suite)Experience on Buffer, Sprout a plusAffinity for Creative & DesignAffinity for the luxury industry (previous experience preferred)Swiss nationality or valid working permit (mandatory)HOW DO WE KEEP YOU SMILING?DLG welcomes you to discover the allure of joining one of Europe's top work environments, distinguished as a Great Place to Work.
