Tasks Advise clients on Swiss tax matters with clarity, care and practical solutions Act as a trusted expert for complex cases and cross-border questions Prepare and review tax returns for individuals (incl. expats and high-net-worth clients) Analyse wealth management and investment structures from a tax perspective Guide clients through cantonal differences and tax optimisation opportunities Collaborate closely with the FIN team to refine our services and client experience Requirements Several years of experience in Swiss individual taxation (ideally at senior level) Strong command of double tax treaties, expat regimes and cross-border cases Experience in analysis and tax qualification of international situations Strong understanding of wealth management, investments and cantonal tax differences A structured, reliable way of working, with excellent attention to detail The ability to explain complex topics in a friendly, reassuring, client-friendly way Professional fluency in English and German; French or Italian is a plus A genuine interest in helping people feel more confident about their finances Benefits A supportive, modern team that values clarity, kindness and professionalism Very flexible working options and a healthy work-life balance Competitive compensation and benefits package Direct impact: your expertise will genuinely help people make better financial decisions The chance to shape how a growing financial services brand approaches tax advisory Room to grow into leadership or specialised expertise At FIN, we believe that financial clarity shouldn’t feel complicated or overwhelming.
