Deine Rolle:
Fr unseren Rocken Partner suchen wir eine erfahrene Persnlichkeit als Head of Finance. In dieser Rolle sind Sie fr die fachliche und organisatorische Fhrung der Abteilung Finanzen verantwortlich und bernehmen wesentliche Aufgaben zur Sicherstellung der finanziellen Prozesse und Planungen.
Deine Verantwortung:
- Selbststndige Fhrung der Finanzabteilung, inklusive fachlicher und organisatorischer Leitung.
- Erstellung der Jahresrechnung, des Budgets sowie der Finanz-, Investitions- und Liquidittsplanung.
- Verantwortung fr das Lohnwesen sowie das Versicherungswesen.
- berwachung der Debitorenkontrolle, einschliesslich Mahn- und Betreibungsverfahren.
- Bewirtschaftung und Inkasso sowie Fhrung der Anlagebuchhaltung und Bewirtschaftung der entsprechenden Werte.
- Antragstellung und Beratung in finanziellen Belangen.
- Einfhrung und berwachung eines internen Kontrollsystems (IKS)
Deine Qualifikationen:
- Abschluss als Fachfrau / Fachmann im Finanz- und Rechnungswesen mit eidgenssischem Fachausweis oder vergleichbare Ausbildung.
- Mehrjhrige praxisbezogene Erfahrung im Rechnungswesen mit Abschlusssicherheit.
- Vertrautheit mit der zrcherischen Rechnungslegung und dem Modell HRM2.
- Zustzliche Weiterbildung (CAS/DAS) in Finanzen, Controlling oder Public Management.
- ICT-Affinitt und sicherer Umgang mit MS Office sowie Erfahrung mit Abacus.
