(Senior) Manager

- Lead and manage interesting and leading-edge SAP S/4HANA business transformation programs, analyzing our clients' manufacturing processes and advising on the design and implementation of SAP solutions for production planning, including capacity planning and detailed scheduling, and production execution, including Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES), and integration with advanced supply chain planning systems, for example SAP IBP
- Support the growth of the SAP team, taking a leading role in the logistics, warehousing and transportation domains by sharing knowledge, showing thought leadership and developing and supporting the skills and careers of team members
- Help clients make informed decisions on which are the right technologies, tools and solutions to optimize planning processes and manufacturing operations in alignment with the size of the organization, their resources and their ERP landscape
- 15+ years of experience with SAP Production Planning (PP), Demand Planning (DP), Material Requirements Planning (MRP), Materials Management (MM), and Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES)
- Knowledge about related modules like Quality Management (QM) or Warehouse Management (WM) is desirable
- Business/process consulting expertise in manufacturing and planning processes
- Full project lifecycle experience as stream lead in manufacturing projects
- Able to communicate confidently in English and either German or French
