This position requires a thinker with a keen eye for detail and a robust analytical skill set. The incumbent will be responsible for setting up CH4U analyzing key metrics, providing actionable insights, developing the analytical capabilities and overseeing the processes and management functions of the back-office team. MAIN RESPONSIBILITIESDevelop a long-term X entire with a specific focus on marketing activitiesServe as the lead analyst for the Individual Giving unit and the wider focusing on critical metrics and analyses to inform short-term X -term and tactical plans on the kind of needed to carry out complex analyses and supports decisions.Oversee the digital infrastructure and organizing work to ensure reliability and quality of the coherence and of back-office processes, governance, as well as to accessibility and security of IT assets and services.Together with the service manager, oversee our digital infrastructure developments with a view on connecting the sources needed to get the fullest possible view of performance and results over the service manager, improve our current infrastructure to centralize to enhance our analytics capabilities, ensure is accessible by all secure and comply with Swiss law.
