Deine Aufgaben

  • Globale Kundenbetreuung (2nd / 3rd Level Support) für unsere Medizinprodukte mittels Ticketing System und Fernwartung
  • Hilfestellung bei Applikations- und Installationsfragen, suche von Artikel- und Geräteinformationen
  • Unterstützung bei Hardware- und Softwareproblemen
  • Bearbeitung und Eskalation von Reklamationen
  • Durchführung von Ursachenanalysen sowie Mithilfe bei der Fehlersuche mit Software- und Gerätetests auf Benutzerebene
  • Erstellen von Schulungsunterlagen, technischen Anweisungen und Produktinformationen
  • Vorbereiten und Durchführen von Schulungen und Webinaren für die Servicetechniker unserer Vertriebspartner in englischer Sprache
  • Vertretung der Customer Support Abteilung bei der Mitarbeit in Projekten
  • Enge bereichsübergreifende Zusammenarbeit mit diversen Interessegruppen, inklusive: R&D, QA, RA, PM, Verkauf und Produktion

Dein Profil

  • Technische Grundausbildung (EFZ) als ElektronikerIn, InformatikerIn oder vergleichbar
  • Alternativ Erfahrung und/oder Weiterbildung in der Medizintechnik oder im ICT-Bereich
  • Fähigkeit, Probleme zu analysieren, Lösungen zu finden und komplexe Sachverhalte verständlich zu vermitteln
  • Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse (in Wort und Schrift)
  • Sehr gute Kenntnisse der Microsoft-Palette sowie gute Kenntnisse der Netzwerktechnologien
  • Lösungsorientierte, sorgfältige und qualitätsbewusste Arbeitsweise
  • Proaktiv, flexibel und zuverlässig
