Dein Impact - Das erwartet dich- Als Project Management Officer (w/m/d) unterstützt du die Projektleitung bei organisatorischen Aufgaben in allen Phasen unserer Kundenprojekte.
- Du bist die Schnittstelle zwischen Projektleitung, Kunden und internen Teams und sorgst dafür, dass alle auf Kurs bleiben.
- Als Organisationstalent übernimmst du die Organisation und Durchführung von Meetings, führst durch Kundenpräsentationen und protokollierst die Ergebnisse.
- Dabei erstellst du Präsentationen und bereitest Entscheidungsvorlagen zielgruppengerecht vor.
- Als PMO sorgst du für die Einhaltung von Projektmanagement-Standards und bringst mit deinen eigenen Ideen frischen Wind ins Projekt.
- Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium der Betriebswirtschaftslehre (BWL), Volkswirtschaftslehre (VWL) oder eines vergleichbaren Studiengangs
- Idealerweise relevante Berufserfahrung im Projektmanagement in Form einer studentischen Tätigkeit oder einer Festanstellung sowie Erfahrung im Umgang mit Projektmanagementtools (wie z.B. Jira, Cloud ALM oder Confluence)
- Hohe Präsentations- und Kommunikationsstärke sowie Durchsetzungsvermögen
- Ausgeprägte Teamorientierung sowie eine detailgenaue, strukturierte und selbstständige Arbeitsweise
- Sichere Anwendung von MS PowerPoint, Word und Excel
- Sehr gute Sprachkenntnisse in Deutsch in Wort und Schrift
