In dieser Schlüsselrolle sorgen Sie dafür, dass unsere internationalen Logistikprozesse reibungslos funktionieren und alle globalen Handels- und Compliance-Vorgaben erfüllt werden. Sie tragen maßgeblich dazu bei, unsere Lieferketten effizient, regelkonform und zukunftssicher zu gestalten.
Aufgaben
- Sicherstellung der Einhaltung internationaler Handelsvorschriften
- Verantwortung für Fracht-, Logistik- und Zollprozesse sowie deren Optimierung
- Kommunikation mit Logistikdienstleistern, Zollbehörden und Partnern
- Überwachung von Import-/Exportaktivitäten und Umsetzung von Verbesserungen
- Trade-Compliance-Management unter Berücksichtigung globaler und lokaler Standards
- Qualitätssicherung von Außenhandelsdaten (z. B. Zolltarifnummern & Ursprung)
- Verantwortung für den reibungslosen und termingerechten internationalen Versand
- Koordination mit Kunden, Spediteuren und dem Lager
- Unterstützung bei Prozessstandardisierung und -optimierung
- Allgemeine administrative Aufgaben (z. B. Transportüberwachung, Ablage)
Hardskills
- Abgeschlossene logistische oder kaufmännische Ausbildung, Weiterbildung als Fachmann/-frau Export mit eidg. Fachausweis
- Berufserfahrung im internationalen Handel, Schwerpunkt Zoll und Außenhandel
- Fundierte Kenntnisse im Zoll- und Exportkontrollrecht
- Sicherer Umgang mit ERP-Systemen (z. B. SAP) und MS Office
- Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
