NPP Process Coordinator

Salary: €80,000 - €120,000 per year.
We are seeking an NPP Process Coordinator to manage the New Product Process (NPP) across the Deal Life Cycle (DLC). In this role, you will be the liaison between stakeholders, ensuring that the NPP runs smoothly, meeting all requirements and milestones according to the directive. You will report to the Head of Mid Office Systems & Business Analysis.
About the Role:- Coordinate the New Product Process (NPP), ensuring compliance with milestones and directives.
- Define and report Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) along the NPP.
- Manage relationships with key stakeholders involved in the Deal Life Cycle (DLC).
- University degree in Business Administration, IT, Finance, or Engineering.
- At least 2 years of project management or coordination experience, ideally in energy or commodity organizations.
- Experience in Middle Office within a commodity trader or bank is a plus.
- Strong communication skills, team player, and ability to manage internal client relationships.
- Business results driven with a strong sense of customer orientation.
- Ability to manage and navigate multiple tasks or projects concurrently.
