Ihre Aufgaben

 

  • Entwicklung und Umsetzung einer umfassenden Merchandising-Strategie, die auf die Markenidentität und die kommerziellen Ziele des Vereins abgestimmt ist;
  • Analysieren von Markttrends innerhalb und ausserhalb des Sports, Angebote der Konkurrenz und Vorlieben der Fans, um einzigartige und wettbewerbsfähige Produkte zu entwickeln;
  • Beaufsichtigung und Umsetzung des gesamten Produktionsprozesses, um sicherzustellen, dass alle Waren den Qualitäts-, Kosten- und Lieferstandards entsprechen;
  • Verwaltung der Beziehungen zu Lieferanten, Herstellern und Drittanbietern zur Optimierung von Kosten, Lieferzeiten und Produktqualität;
  • Leitung und Verwaltung aller Einzelhandelsaktivitäten, einschließlich der physischen Geschäfte des Clubs, der E-Commerce-Plattform und der Verkaufsstellen am Spieltag;
  • Entwicklung von Preisstrategien und Werbekampagnen zur Maximierung von Umsatz und Kundenzufriedenheit;
  • Verantwortlich für das Erreichen der festgelegten Umsatz- und Ertragsziele für das Merchandise-Geschäft;
  • Analyse von Verkaufsdaten und Erstellung von Berichten zur Bewertung der Leistung und als Grundlage für strategische Entscheidungen, einschließlich Verkaufsanalyse, Kostenanalyse, Bestandsmanagement und Vertragsbeziehungen mit Lieferanten/Partnern.

 

Qualifikationen:

 

  • Erfahrung im Warenmanagement, vorzugsweise in der Sport-, Mode- oder Einzelhandelsbranche;
  • Gute Kenntnisse in den Bereichen Produktdesign, Produktion, Lieferkettenmanagement und Einzelhandel;
  • Innovative Persönlichkeit;
  • Ausgezeichnete Führungs-, Organisations- und Projektmanagementfähigkeiten;
  • Ausgeprägte analytische Fähigkeiten mit einem datengestützten Ansatz zur Entscheidungsfindung;
  • Unternehmerisches Denken, Selbstständigkeit und die Fähigkeit, mit verschiedenen Interessengruppen zu arbeiten;
  • Zweisprachig (DE/EN), weitere Sprachen von Vorteil;
  • Leidenschaft für Fussball und Verständnis für die Fankultur und den Sportartikelmarkt.
