Ihr Aufgabengebiet

Als zentrales Kompetenzzentrum in der Verfahrens- und Kunststofftechnik nimmt der Bereich Injection Moulding eine zentrale Rolle innerhalb der HUBER+SUHNER AG ein. Wir beliefern nicht nur die internen Abteilungen im Unternehmen, sondern auch externe Kunden in den anspruchsvollen Branchen Automobil, Industrie und Kommunikation. Unser Schwerpunkt liegt dabei im Präzision Spritzguss von technischen Kunststoffen, aber auch im Micro- und 2- Komponenten Spritzguss. Wir arbeiten kontinuierlich an innovativen Lösungen, um die hohen Qualitätsstandards unserer Kunden zu erfüllen. Mit einem grossen Verständnis für die Bedürfnisse und Anforderungen dieser Märkte setzten wir uns ein, massgeschneiderte und zuverlässige Lösungen zu entwickeln, die unseren Kunden einen Wettbewerbsvorteil verschaffen.

Ihr Aufgabengebiet:

  • Entwicklung und Implementierung einer Vertriebsstrategie für den Bereich Injection Moulding
  • Ermittlung potenzieller Neukunden, neuer Geschäftsmöglichkeiten und Analyse ihres Marktpotenzials
  • Akquisition von Neugeschäften bei bestehenden und neuen Kunden
  • Key Account von bestehenden Kundensegmenten
  • Bedarfsanalyse und Bereitstellung von Lösungsvorschlägen
  • Führung eines kleinen Teams
  • Zusammenarbeit mit dem technischen Team, um kundenspezifische Anforderungen zu verstehen und innovative Lösungen anzubieten
  • Regelmässige Reisetätigkeit

Ihr Profil

  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Kunststofftechniker HF oder vergleichbare Weiterbildungen im Bereich Kunststoff
  • Mehrjährige Erfahrung im Vertrieb, idealerweise im Bereich Kunststoffspritzguss oder verwandten Branchen
  • Gutes Netzwerk in der Kunststoff-Branche sowie zu potentiellen Neukunden
  • Technisches Verständnis für Kunststoffspritzgussverfahren und -produkte
  • Automotivkenntnisse IATF 16949 von Vorteil
  • Ausgeprägte Kommunikations- und Verhandlungsfähigkeiten sowie Durchsetzungsvermögen
  • Lernfreudig und initiativ
  • Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse
