Joining Group means becoming part of a dynamic company with over 30 subsidiaries worldwide values and passion.   Our Controlling department Group headquarter in Biel/Bienne is looking for a and dynamic CONTROLLER (H/F) 100%Description du posteMonitoring & Analysis Regular review of monthly financial and reports of Group companies Comparison of actual results with targets, analysis of discrepancies Adhoc reviews and analysis of specific subjects as requested by Group CEO/CCO Planning & Controlling Review processes, systems X of Group companies on their effectiveness and efficiency and corrective actions, if needed Organize and perform Reviews/Cost Reviews Design, implement and maintain controlling instruments (cost accounting, KPIs, etc.) Compliance & Audits Ensure compliance of Group companies with generally accepted business standards and Group principles and guidelines Developp Audits Guidelines on specific subject and perform on-site Audits as required Cross Functional Support in projects such as acquisitions, restructurings, built-up of new activities, etc.  ProfilIntegrity and independence - strong internal drive Highly analytical but tempered with an ability to think Excellent interpersonal skills and confidence when interacting with others Good commercial judgement and independence of mind Excellent skills (verbal and written) as well as the ability to liaise levels incl. Group Management Strong skills and the ability for multi-tasking Good influencing and team X to be able to build trust with colleagues and others Hands-on approach than consulting role) Project Management experience an added advantage Willingness to travel (~20%) Compétences requisesExperience around 3-5 years working experience in a function in an company, ideally with previous managerial experience Computer functional in all standard MS X & systems X in Business Economics/Accounting.
