With us, you have the opportunity to contribute your personality in an inspiring and creative working environment - become part of our Akris team: Together, we create We are searching for an E-Commerce Manager US Market (f/m/d) For this role we are seeking a hands-on and detail-oriented professional to drive the growth and operational excellence of our online business in the US market.Based in St. Gallen and part of a Swiss family-owned company, you will manage and enhance our Shopify platform, ensure seamless processes across systems, and collaborate closely with internal and external partners to deliver an exceptional digital customer experience. Your Responsibilities:Shopify Operations: Manage and optimize the Shopify storefront, ensuring product uploads, accurate catalog data, pricing, content, and UX/UI. Coordinate feature rollouts with partners and align daily operations with commercial objectives. Data & Processes: Oversee data integrity and synchronization between Shopify and AS400 ERP, including product, inventory, order, and customer data. Execution & Performance: Work with logistics, IT, and customer service to guarantee seamless fulfillment. Track KPIs to improve conversion, retention, and customer experience. Collaboration: Align with Market, CRM, and Marketing teams on campaigns and initiatives. Bridge commercial strategy and operational execution. What makes you a great fit: 2-4 years of experience in e-commerce operations, ideally in luxury fashion or accessories, SKU intensive brands (1000+) Hands-on experience in developing technical solutions and managing Shopify-based e-commerce operations Knowledge of the US luxury RTW market Sales-driven mindset with strong problem-solving skills and operational focus Expertise in data management and process optimization in complex environments Advanced Excel skills, especially Macro and Pivot tables Fluent in English (mandatory) - additional languages such as German, Italian or French are a plus Join us in a dynamic and international environment.
