Job DescriptionWe are hiring our future Talent Acquisition Specialist IT (M/F) – Permanent Contract – Dortmund, Geneva or Lausanne.   Reporting to the Group Recruitment & Employer Branding Director, you will be responsible for recruiting IT profiles across the European region and in close collaboration with Business and internal clients. You will join a global community of more than 20 in-house recruiters, united and passionate about their profession.  Your main responsibilities?    As a true Business Partner, you will support candidates and internal clients throughout the recruitment process: from defining the need to onboarding the new employee, providing guidance and advice.  Define an innovative sourcing strategy based on the expressed need to achieve the recruitment plan for your scope.  Conduct direct approaches and candidate sourcing through various channels.  Lead HR evaluation interviews.  Support candidates during the pre-boarding phase and ensure a smooth first-day experience.  Draft employment contracts.  Ensure compliance with procedures, GDPR, and tools associated with our Group recruitment and employer branding policy.  Contribute to our school relations strategy: develop new partnerships, maintain existing ones, and define interventions in schools (forums, lectures, etc.).  Facilitate weekly recruitment committees with internal stakeholders.  Report on your activities in our Group ATS.  You occasionally provide support on a few general HR topics.  QualificationsWhat do you bring?   Solid experience in recruitment within a consulting firm or IT services company, with a strong knowledge of tech profiles.  A strong interest in direct sourcing, particularly for senior profiles.  Organized, persistent, and optimistic, you love to persuade  Autonomous, yet you enjoy working in a team and sharing best practices.  Excellent writing skills, attention to detail, and strong interpersonal abilities.  Fluent in German and English.  NEW: The focus in 2026 will be on PIM/MDM/DAM, therefore it would be desirable if you have already recruited for this area and are familiar with various software systems such as Akeneo, Stibo, Centric and SAP  NEW: It would be fantastic if you had already gained experience in recruiting colleagues in the field of AI  Additional InformationWhy will you love working at SQLI?   Flexible remote work policy: up to 2 days/week.  Continuous training and certifications to support your development.  Personalized support: career follow-up, varied projects, and strong collaboration within your team.  Regular rituals: internal communications, agency events, meet-ups through our expert community.  Inspiring projects with renowned clients: luxury, finance, retail, energy, aerospace…  diverse recruitment of different profiles  optimal exchange with the specialist departments and communication on equal terms  Fabulous team culture, we're not colleagues, we're friends   open feedback culture, transparency and respectful communication with each other  We enjoy laughing together and can rely on each other  Not only national, but also international work in a top company  A smooth and fast recruitment process:   An initial conversation with one of our recruiters.  An interview with Marie, your direct manager.  An interview with the Managing Director Switzerland.  Data protection notice SQLI Group ensures that applicants' personal data is processed as required by the Switzerland Adminstration .
