Test programs lead — space hardware

PAVE Space SA is seeking a senior Product Assurance leader to own the PA programme for Space, Launch and Ground segments. You will shape processes, manage audits, and drive certification readiness for flight hardware. The role is on-site in Villeneuve (VD) with close collaboration to supplier quality, insurers, and customers. You will lead NCRs, root cause...

PAVE Space is building LYOBA, a heavy kick stage moving up to 4-ton payloads from LEO to high-energy orbits in under 24 hours. So, why now? Test benches across the kick stage's systems are converging on commissioning at the same time and several more are already in the pipeline. Without one person holding the timelines, the specs, and the cross-team...

PAVE Space is building LYOBA, a heavy kick stage moving up to 4-tonne payloads from LEO to high-energy orbits in under 24 hours. The current revision of the flight computer exists in hardware. A light revision is due by Q2 2027 to support an IOD mission flying in 2028, but that's the starting line, not the finish. The real weight of this role is in...

PAVE Space is building LYOBA, a heavy kick stage moving over 4-tonne payloads from LEO to high-energy orbits in under 24 hours. Engine parts, structural castings, printed thrust chambers from external bureaus, fluid components, electronics, every one of them passes through your hands before it touches a vehicle. That's the job. Engine and structural hardware...

Our IOD mission is on the clock. The main engine feed system and the cold gas RCS are both greenfield: no legacy constraints, just a propulsion team ready to support you and a timeline that means your first design decisions need to happen in weeks, not months. You'll own the full fluidic architecture of the spacecraft as a subsystem lead within the...
