Key Responsibilities Review, monitor, and provide input on contracts and agreements with partners and stakeholders domestically and internationally Support contract negotiations alongside management Oversee order processing and distribution related to marketed medicinal products, liaising with warehouses, clients, pharmacies, wholesalers, and couriers Track and manage logistics documentation such as invoices, delivery notes, and packing lists Conduct research to identify and select external vendors, including those in pharmacovigilance and logistics Lead vendor selection and contracting processes in collaboration with management Develop and maintain company-specific documentation, ensuring proper organization of both physical and digital records Prepare presentation materials for management meetings with banks, partners, and stakeholders Contribute to corporate communication, including managing LinkedIn presence, in alignment with management directives Assist with administrative functions such as client invoicing, coordination with accounting providers, and HR-related tasks like expense reimbursements and leave tracking Coordinate schedules, organize meetings, and ensure alignment of priorities with management Handle general office management duties, including supplies and service coordination
