Sales Coordinator Spare Parts

**Responsabilités principales**
- Gérer les Spare Parts
- Assurer le contact avec les clients (offres, commandes, livraisons)
- Mettre en place des stratégies de ventes des Spare Parts avec le support de la Vente et du Customer Service
- Assurer la mise à jour des indices de mark-up, discount, taux horaire et réévaluer la stratégie avec la Direction et le Vente, pour les clients et l’interco
- Assurer l’expédition et la livraison dans de bonnes conditions et dans les temps avec la logistique en Europe, USA et Asie
- Assurer la mise à jour de l’ERP (Master Data, base clients, KPI, financier, équipements)
- Assurer une assistance immédiate et irréprochable au Customer Service lors d’une panne client
- Traiter les dossiers de contentieux (litiges, réclamations, revues techniques - plan 2D/3D)
**Profil souhaité**
- Formation technique avec une grande fibre commerciale ou inversement
- Expérience de plusieurs années en milieu industriel
- A l’aise avec les outils Microsoft, plus particulièrement Excel
- Maîtrise d’un ERP, idéalement SAP
- Communicatif, dynamique, autonome, polyvalent et doté d’une grande capacité d’adaptation
- Excellent sens du relationnel vous permettant de travailler avec des interlocuteurs variés (collègues, fournisseurs, clients,..)
- Langues : français et anglais (B2)
